Unmotivated details are also my pet peeve. I want to know why something is important or valuable before I decide to invest my time and energy into it. Other people generally don't care about your personal struggles with a problem, so leave them out. Or at the very least don't lead with them. Lead with something that piques the interest of your target audience. |
