One way to establish that expertise would be to execute and show the others that your advise/strategy is good. For that I think we have to execute fast. So we can build first, ask permission later. And if you build fast enough, then others won't question you as much. But tbh I have had only reasonable success this way and you have to be ok with pushback. And gets is harder if others around you make it a point to pushback - instead of seeing if your solution solves the problem and letting you own the solution for a period of time. |
