People can join a meeting from their own computer in the office. They can still get your social time around the water cooler/break room/foosball table. But I see no reason that I should have to be miserable and come in to the office just because they want to see my face in person and yak at me when I'm trying to work. I see no reason why I'm required to be miserable to enhance their "experience". |
