A mental checklist when looking for one (not necessarily in this order)
Need:
- good internet
- own desk
- place to securely store laptop after hours
- fridge
- phone booth / meeting room
Plus:
- coffee, tee etc.
- tableware, washing machine, someone to operate it
- 24/7 access
- printing
