Yes, it's entirely soft skills. But they work very hard at using their soft skills to solve trivial business problems. Every worked a marketing or revops job? It's mind-numbingly trivial, the likes of you and I wouldn't last a day. But these MBAs do it all without blinking, and do it passionately. And I, for one, appreciate them for that. |
