So taken at face value, Denmark is doing a better job at protecting unvaccinated than vaccinated from Omicron infection. I don't really know what restrictions unvaccinated Danes face, perhaps it explains it? It does seem to indicate though that the vaccinated portion of the population is a bigger transmission problem than unvaccinated and whatever restrictions Danes face might be evened for the sake of rationality.
