I’m confused by the term “decentralized internet.” The internet has always been decentralized. When the internet was created it’s primary use case was for decentralized communication. A better term might be “blockchain internet”? |

Reddit and Hacker News are centralized. Usenet was decentralized, the usenet servers were run by various companies (many different ISPs across the globe) and they synced up with each other via a p2p protocol.
