Just one from the drugstore which you put in boiling water and then bite down on. It costs about $20. It covers all the teeth on the top, but not the bottom. My dentist said he could make one if that didn’t work out, but it did. I’ve seen sketchy looking web sites by dentists who claim they can make something uniquely effective but it doesn’t look any different from the one I use so I don’t believe it. |
