If you want to work for FANG and you are not bright eyed, bushy tailed and out of school and ready to do it their way in every way then ageism is going to be a problem. Other employers are not so bad. I have had some hard job searches and had people telling me I was probably an ageism victim 15 years ago. Maybe I am too old to rock and roll but certainly not too old to code. |
