There is surely a good argument to be made for regulating social media for certain age groups.

The entire internet is attention-grabbing to some extent. How on earth would this be enforceable? You couldn't without violating the privacy of individuals.

Hold people accountable if they violate the rules. Perhaps specific cops for enforcement of this in cities as it would likely be self funding until the General public complied.
