My general-purpose text editor (and has been, since last century) is BBEdit, but Sublime is also excellent (It handles extra-large text files better, so I use it for them). I use BBEdit because of "muscle memory." TextMate was also a big one, but I never got into it. VSCode is excellent, but I don't think that I do enough of the kind of coding that VSCode is optimized for, to make it worth it. |
