It's just a normal bank wire to his most loyal business partner: The US Federal Government. Uncle Sam would wire him back in FY2022 in the form of subsidies, tax breaks and all sort of artificial economics so that he'd be able to design yet more ugly cars which suddenly accelerate or drive into lorries. |
