hehe just tried a 10y+ HDD of mine. put on PATA-USB adaptor *bam* works! the noise is somewhat unsettling thou, maybe that i am just not used to it anymore. i REALLY wonder if a SSD would still work after lying unpowered for ten years, they are made of capacitors after all ... |
