The issue here is the futile attempt to tease apart power and money. Those with power, seek to acquire money for when they lose power.
Those with money, seek to acquire power for when they lose money. If consultants at large firms are prohibited from trading specific shares, it does not make sense for folks who literally make the law to do so. |
