This reminds me of a Buffet'ism (if you will): "it is better to be approximately right than precisely wrong."

I heard it on a podcast, though I'm pretty sure he didn't coin the phrase.

I wouldn't be surprised if he coined it.

Admittedly, I'm a Buffet fan, so I think he can do anything.

But he is pretty famously a bit of a wordsmith
