My point is that, instead of being a sign of a reliable phone, it is a feature that is required as a bare minimum. Another example is the fact that it has some sort of human input device and output as well. That's also a "bare" requirement, regardless of how bad the phone is and how unreliable it is. In the same way, food needs to be edible, a mirror needs to be in some way reflective, etc. |
