Ask HN: Few Ideas for a Dating App

I have no interest in making this app, i just want to know if you think this would make online dating more functioning with better experience, or did i just listed a series of awful ideas?

1.in order to have a decent dating app, you should make the guys pay monthly fee. (to keep a good ration between men and women)

2.have a very solid sign up process for both men and women, tie their actual identity to their profile. name, picture, job, income, background check etc

3.have a filter system based on age, race, height, weight, job, IQ etc (options for this filter is limitless to a point where even same genders can use it to find friends.)

4.profits for this app only comes from subscriptions. no need for a hungry algorithm that encourages compulsive swiping.
