The problem with this post is that it's too short. It explains only a feature in your site, and it's not a knowledge transferable to other sites. Also, the solution is just to click in the obvious spot.

Only posting about your stuff is discouraged here, but if the post are interesting people will turn a blind eye. It's difficult to be sure how interesting are your own post, but at least you can easily check the length. Not too short, not too long. Add some relevant photos or graphics for bonus points.

It's easy to explain with an example. For example, bemmu had (has?) a small business, you subscribe to get a monthly package with weird candy from Japan. He posted from time to time blogs post about problems he had to solve in his business. For example how to (not) use advertisement in Youtube, or how to deal with credit card fraud, or how to repackage a thousand of candies. The first two are interesting because they may give ideas for other business, the last one is just one of the weird interesting articles that are good for HN.

Take a look at https://hn.algolia.com/?q=candy+japan and try to copy the length and style. (Perhaps it's a very high bar for starting, but try to aim for something like this.)

EDIT: Note that bemmu also post other stuff and is active in unrelated threads.

Judging by your previous posts, you seem to have a misunderstanding of what the site is used for. Like I said, reading over the guidelines could probably give you a better idea of what gets posted on here.
Ok, so how do I get unblacklisted?
If you look at the bottom of the page, in addition to "Guidelines" and "FAQ" (which you should read) there's a "Contact" link that allows you to contact the moderators. They're nice people, so if you can convince them that you'll use the site differently from now on (e.g. posting less of your own stuff, posting more of other people's stuff that you came across randomly and found interesting) they might decide to make your submissions visible again.

But if you don't want to change what you post about, it might be a better idea to look for some other place to post it.

I'm not sure why it was downvoted, because dang posted very similar advice in the past. (Perhaps the tone is a little aggressive?)
