No one accepts liability for software problems. Not free software developers, not Microsoft, not Google, not Oracle. Mostly only OEMs of non-computer equipment, such as Boeing, warranty physical products that include software. For code that doesn't run in planes or cars or other machines -- there is no warranty. |
