There is a joke that no financial scandal is proper without the involvement of Credit Suisse. Seems they also want a pie of those privacy and security scandals.
Scandal doesn't really fit here in my opinion. I think it is a highly criminal organization. Scandal somehow fails to explain the significant criminal energy which certainly is not restricted to some of their customers.
