Updating to close my part of this saga: the senior support representative called me back exactly when she said she would and my account was magically fixed. She could not elaborate on what happened or how they fixed it. I’m happy to have had my problem resolved, but I’m more convinced than ever I need to have offline access to all my digital life’s contents going forward. |
