Even in the most expensive cities in the US, rents are "only" up something like 250% in the past 30 years. And in most of the country, it's a small percentage of that. https://paragonpublic.blob.core.windows.net/dash-v2-blog-ima... Childcare's up by maybe 100%? Tuition maybe 150%? Not even sure what to do with equities.. they're a financial instrument not a good or service.. |
