I've never seen PEP582 until now, but it looks concerningly short. It doesn't discuss tradeoffs, alternatives, and is nowhere near comprehensive enough in its examples. It just doesn't seem very thoroughly thought through... It has the feeling of "this is such a great and simple idea! What could possibly go wrong??" |
