While not directly in the Thinkpad name, I have an older X1 Carbon (4th Gen) that has worked really well for me. Extensive travelling, multiple drops, etc. Thing still is solid. Runs Debian really well. I have only ever owned Thinkpads (until the carbon) and I don't see any reason I would personally switch back to Thinkpad version. Carbons are so small and perfect for my usage. |
