If anyone has any knowledge about this, I would love to know as well. edit: so apparently some people can schedule test calls: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=29494197 I'm in BC, Canada. The people handling 911 in my province is E-Comm, and they don't seem to have a policy on this. I've sent them an e-mail asking if they accept test calls. |
