If someone had told me back in 1996 that in 11 years I would spend 2 full months of 2007 playing WoW I would have laughed in their face.
The SF is the standard deviation. The dependent group was spending 5.5 hours a day.

Though I probably spend over 24 glowing rectangles-hours per day, soooo…

An average white collar worker today probably spends more than that just doing their job.
I spend around 12 (sometimes 48) hours a day on the Internet.

8.04 hours per week is nothing... ~1 hour per day. That is nothing.

It's 38.5 hours per week (with a standard deviation of 8.04 hours). Still doesn't sound like too much today.
Oh sorry, my bad! Still, that does not sound much either.
