Yeah, I don’t think people realize how totally messed up eBay had to have been for the CEO to be knowledgeable about the harassment of a couple over their email newsletter. Ebay’s head of security was sentenced to two years. This was not very long ago. That customer support “ain’t so great” is probably one of the lesser concerns for this organization. |
