The Hackerparagraf puts you at legal risk working or developing exploits, upload filters supposedly check everything you upload for copyright infringement, Leistungsschutzrecht tries to keep obsolete paper based business models alive. There are public projects that tried to use 5 blockchains and other embarassing nonsense. It's tiring.
