i look at this as running a small ferry to the island on a lake and the state demanding that i refuse passengers as a punishment for crimes they were never convicted of. Even if they had their day in court i should not be forced to punish anyone. Then i should also pay for implementation? First the offender should pay for his persecution, then tax, then the victim but never some random citizen. |
