It depends on the project size; for smaller projects we use ClickUp, and we have an in-house tool for larger projects.

Regarding Portfolio Management, can you be more specific what you mean?

Managing a product line or group of products and being able to record the specifications or different attributes for each SKU or product.

Pretty much a record of origin for compare/contrast/historical data/being able to link back to the definitive "thing".
