Hi, I'm surveying developers about burnout, stress, and depression. I've experienced all three myself, unfortunately.

I'm a bit nervous that this survey report will turn into "Duh" type of information. The goal is to provide trends on how this issue self-sabotage our progress in work & life. While sharing healthy habits, strategies, resources, and tools for prevention & recovery.
