W.T.F is that? what had 4x AGP (is it)? to plug that into? Imagine what that cost somebody new.

AGP connectors have a very peculiar pattern[0]. Those cards are more consistent with PCI[1].

I think it's PCI so it could fit in pretty much any motherboard from the time.
AGP was extremely new when the Voodoo 2 was released, and hence the cards used PCI. According to Wikipedia, the first model to support AGP was the Banshee: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voodoo2#Models
