Man, the money they sent is not possible to preserve 1% of Amazon, they sent some millions expecting we would preserve a forest with the size of Europe. If the world pays $100 per hectare it would be $50 billion/year sent to Brazil. This would make some difference, not the pennies sent here eventually. You guys really don't know the reality of Amazon, nor the politicians there, and many here as well. |
