Nope, gas engine is limited by physics. It's the frequency you can adjust the torque. electric engine is just better suited for such task. If it's get colder outside, a smart car adjust heat/cold automatically to the temp you like. if you really want to change your preferences, you're saying with voice "i'm cold" or "i'm hot" or how you want to adjust temp. For the last upgrade i paid $115 including work, including service traveling to my home and hardware , they added a boombox speaker, to play sounds, that improve security of pedestrians, and adding some fun features. Software was already available. It's an official price, in one of the most expensive city in the world, New York, car company name is Tesla.
