For ever I believed group rides were all I’d ever need. Then pandemic and almost a year of just sitting around because riding trainer or rollers sucks.

Since then I’ve built up a home gym around kettlebells, a squat rack, and my rollers. I also get out and run 1 or 2x per week. I have never felt better or more fit.

Mix it up. Do something every day. Build slowly to give yourself time to adapt. You will be amazed at what will happen.
