That doesn't really seem completely related to the topic at hand. Besides, if we _were_ producing more things like Impossible foods that _did_ use soy, then we wouldn't need to export it as much? I'm not proposing all production in the US switch to soy crops, and your argument seems pretty disingenuous to me |

Impossible Foods is a drop in the bucket compared to tofu, but, there are too many calories of soy grown in the US to feed them all to humans. That's also true for corn.
