My current job we do not, but I am not currently doing development. In prior jobs, we categorized it several ways: What part of the system it appeared to be in (front end, data base, network, backend), was it software /hardware / documentation? Another key item was criticality: Critical (obvious), Important (causes a serious problem but there is a work around), Normal, Low, Enhancement. |
