Question for people who seem to have experience in the space: why are corporate HR LMS / annual certification tools so universally bad? I've never worked at a company where they've even been easy to use (for common use cases) or cross-browser compatible. Statistically, as a consultant who went through a lot of them, I feel like I should have. Is it that HR is a cost center and so the market is price-dominated? Or that there's so much regulatory minutiae that change is glacial? Or something else entirely? |
