I, personally, draw lines about what I'm willing to put up with and what I'm not. When the interview process begins to resemble a gauntlet or even a hazing, I walk away. Why? Because they are showing that they don't respect the candidate's time and also they lack humility. They are unmindful of the possibility that the candidate could decide to go elsewhere. Four more meetings at 1-2 hours each means between 4 and 8 more hours of interviews. That's definitely moving in to gauntlet territory. But maybe it's the result of an immature hiring process. I would give them a chance but if there are any more red flags, I would probably withdraw from the process. |
