Funds don't appear on the blockchain out of nowhere. They need to be sent from another address on a PUBLIC ledger. They are ALWAYS traceable. A person who would upload illegal or pedophilic content to the blockchain would be traceable through exchanges, transactions e.t.c

That's why you don't see lots of that behavior currently. (there may be some, but nowhere near any significant amount)

I think you are mostly wrong, but, let's find some common ground: what about stealing accounts,to wash money Or share revenge pornography which will forever be available?
