winamp 2.92 (and all its glorious plugins. still use it today!!!)

a consistent UI
powertoys
gpedit tweaks
ms-word (and yes I rather enjoyed clipit)
Vs today where every piece of modern software fights with you to get work down. There are some exceptions but the list is rather small now. |
