That's a gritty question! First things first, I would think about the parts that went well, that you actually liked, then look for a role that incorporates those same elements to the extent feasible. Really dig into that one and isolate what you'd want to duplicate in a new role. Regardless of the size of the company. There are exceptional and awful roles at any company size. I would also be prepared for interviewers to expect a calm and candid explanation for why the company didn't get to where it wanted to go. Obviously, no finger-pointing or hyperbole in it. |
