Everything is automated at this point. I'm a one of the big tech companies and a recently received a message from a recruiter that my [completely unrelate to product] experience at [current company] made me a great candidate to build [product] at [new company].

What made it amazing was that going back two positions in my experience would show several years architecting, leading engineering, and eventually selling a company that built [product].
