Interesting. I've read about virtual influencers [1] and this seems to be somewhere in the middle. We'll probably reach a point where famous influencers will provide "templates" on top of which companies providing t-shirts/makeup/bags/etc. will put their products on.
Interesting. In the future we might even see influencer "template marketplaces" where you can buy the rights to use an influencer's face (and pay additional if you want them to promote that image on their profile).
Do they even have to be real influencers? My Uber for X is "Uber but for influencer footage"!
Your brand wants to be seen with someone seen in a restaurant in Paris? I have a French kid biking around with a 4K camera, he'll go there, shoot the footage, upload it, and you can add your virtual influencer into the shot so it looks like she's showing off the food and then turning the camera around to her (virtual face) for that narcissim gratification!
