Imho, a speaker is an electroacoustic transducer, converting electric current into sound, or at least anything that can output the sound of arbitrary input devices. If it has apps, then it's instead a computer or a stereo system with built-in speakers. So I find speakers a misleading name for this contraption, unless it has an input of some sort that you can connect what you want to. |
