Senior testers, and Senior testers with test automation background. There are endless junior testers, but unlike developers most of them stay junior. Trying to recruit a good, experienced senior tester is nearly impossible. Add to that coding and automating skills which are as rare to find and you'll get your golden ticket to pension. The problem? There is no one straight forward path to being one, there is no good education and you can't practice at home or even on an open source porject |
