My team and I write TCL based iRules for F5 devices. We do it a couple of times a week. They are a very nice tool. Sometimes we've had to use it like an emergency super power to patch http applications on the wire. The reason why some financial institutions are working right now is because of some iRules we wrote a couple for years ago. If your company uses F5 boxes, you should befriend your F5 admins. |
