Exercise is the biggest one for me. It's weird because when I get out of the habit, I feel tired and lazy and don't want to exercise. If I can make myself go for a week or so, energy shoots up and you look forward to it. I'm not talking anything strenuous even, just a couple mile walk. Also, eating less for lunch. When I eat too much I immediately feel sleepy for some reason. Anymore I just have coffee and an apple. |
