This is my main problem with MacOs - text on non 4k displays is so blurry, Windows and Linux are doing much better job with rendering fonts. And Apple doesn't seem to care about it at all - they even removed subpixel aliasing in the recent system update (i guess it was High Sierra). So weird, given most of the high refresh rate monitors on the market is 1440p, so if you have a gaming pc you need to buy separate 4k monitor for your macbook, because no one seems to care about fixing this, WTF? |
