articles like this sound good until you realize that the grid often interconnects over multiple states. With pipeline infrastructure lacking. My guess is these gas plants are going to be built in states like Pennsylvania close to where gas is being produced. Easier to convert the shale gas into electricity closer to where it is produced. |
